The whole machine is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of acceptance (except for consumable parts), and free maintenance and replacement of parts during the warranty period.

We will respond within 4 hours after receiving the user's maintenance and technical service request, and provide on-site service within 24 hours.
Equipment use training and guidance
Within one week after the contract is signed, provide the equipment laboratory installation manual and assist in guidance.

Provide users with operation and maintenance manuals when the equipment arrives.
Other commitments
After receiving the user's installation notice, all unpacking installation and commissioning work will be completed within 7 working days.
We provide users with free software upgrade services.
Experts from our marketing department can assist in the establishment of analysis methods for special samples proposed by users.
We provide spare parts supply for the equipment purchased by users, and provide lifetime technical support and maintenance services.
Before the instrument is delivered to the site, we will provide you with a site preparation and make recommendations on the site conditions of the instrument laboratory, such as water, electricity, coal, gas and other supporting facilities. After receiving the preparation, please prepare as required. If you have any questions, please contact our company as soon as possible.
Therefore, please be sure to apply for installation within 1 month after the instrument arrives. In case of special circumstances, you must notify our company in time.
