In the daily installation process of the combustion tube, improper installation methods often occur, causing the combustion tube to rupture, so pay attention to the following during the installation process:

1. When installing the new machine, first tighten the condensing pipe joint and the bottom screws of the T-shaped head, and pay attention to the insertion length of the condensing pipe, as shown in the figure below:

2. The height of the slider

3. The bottom of the T-connector must be placed on the bottom of the instrument

4. When installing the high-sensitivity catalyst, tear off the catalyst slightly to make it fluffy.

5. When filling ordinary catalysts, pay attention to the quartz wool not to fill too much, and prefer to be as thin as possible to avoid obstructing the flow of carrier gas.

6. Fill the TC/TN catalyst. If the user is a sample with high salt content (such as sea water), do not add ceramic fiber on the catalyst (if it is installed in that way, the salt will easily bind to the ceramic fiber and cause the gas circuit to block).
