In order to further support the healthy development of small and micro enterprises, the following opinions are hereby put forward.


        1. Fully understand the importance of further supporting the healthy development of small and micro enterprises


        (1) Enhance confidence in doing a good job in small and micro enterprises. Governments at all levels and relevant departments should attach great importance to the current new situations and new problems facing the development of small and micro enterprises, strengthen confidence, increase support, and regard supporting the healthy development of small and micro Important measures for stable and rapid economic development are placed in a more important position.         2. Further increase fiscal and taxation support for small and micro enterprises
