From April 7th to 8th, 2016, Metrohm successfully participated in the 9th China International Food Safety Technology Forum at CBIFS2016 held in Nanjing. The forum is sponsored by the Chinese Society of Inspection and Quarantine and Nanjing University of Technology. This forum attracted more than 800 people from government food safety regulatory agencies, inspection and testing institutions, scientific research institutes, universities, food companies, and instrument and equipment companies to discuss food safety technology and future development.

Automatic non-aqueous acid-base titration method to determine the acid value in oil:

         Step: Weigh a certain amount of sample into the beaker and put it into the sample rack.

         Step 2: Add 70mL of solvent (toluene: isopropanol: water) to the 50mL Dosino dosing unit to completely dissolve the sample.
