859 Tiamo temperature titration system

Time to market: July 2011

Instrument introduction: http://www.instrument.com.cn/netshow/SH100311/C142721.htm

Innovation:

One electrode is suitable for all titration types: traditional potentiometric titration requires different potential electrodes to be selected according to the chemical reaction or measured ion, while the 859 Tiamo temperature titration system is based on the change in the enthalpy of the chemical reaction, which is reflected in the change in temperature, so a temperature The sensor is suitable for all titration types, and both endothermic and exothermic reactions are applicable. Super sensitive temperature sensor: The temperature sensor used in the 859Tiamo temperature titration system is a temperature sensor based on semiconductor technology. The response time is only 0.3 s, and the resolution is 10-5 K, which can quickly and accurately reflect any changes in temperature. Maintenance-free electrode: Potentiometric titration electrode is a wearable accessory, and it needs careful maintenance for normal use. The temperature sensor does not have problems such as potential electrode diaphragm, response membrane, etc., it does not require maintenance in normal use, and it is better suitable for corrosive media or media with serious matrix interference. Fast determination: The traditional potentiometric titration titrant adopts the method of dripping, a complete titration usually takes 3-5 minutes, while the 859 Tiamo temperature titration system adopts a constant speed dosing method, which only needs 2 to 3 minutes to complete, which reduces the time by one Times.

Haze (PM2.5) chemical composition analysis system

Time to market: November 2011

Instrument introduction: http://www.instrument.com.cn/netshow/SH100311/C142734.htm

Innovation:

Metrohm's PILS-IC-VA technology realizes the simultaneous automatic measurement of anions, cations, and heavy metals in aerosols. Anions and cations are completed by ion chromatography, and heavy metals are completed by VA. PILS-IC-VA is a powerful tool for real-time monitoring of the chemical composition of air pollutants. PILS, or Particle-Into-Liquid-Sampler, is a novel technology that captures and dissolves aerosols (particulates) in the atmosphere into liquid samples. The capture process of the atmospheric sample and the measurement process of the sample have the characteristics of short response time and good timeliness. The original filter membrane method requires several days of sampling cycle to be shortened to several minutes. It greatly improves the time resolution of atmospheric samples, and also greatly reduces the manual workload in the analysis work. The instrument system can work unattended for a long time. The atmospheric samples pass through the PILS, and the collected liquid samples enter the analysis system connected to it. The PILS-IC-VA system can be widely used to monitor the pollutant content of aerosols (particulate matter) in the atmosphere. Its configuration is flexible and can adapt to different research needs, such as the monitoring of organic acids and other anions.

850 Spectral Thinking™ Three Channel Ion Chromatography System

December 2011

Instrument introduction: http://www.instrument.com.cn/netshow/SH100311/C142713.htm

Innovation:

Metrohm's 850 Spectral ThinkingTM series ion chromatographs are professional ion chromatographs with multiple functional thinking systems around the world. Metrohm's newly launched Spectral Thinking TM three-channel ion chromatographic system, based on the original Spectral Thinking TM series of ion chromatographs, combined with the newly launched intelligent detection module and intelligent dynamic system to achieve three-channel, multi-detection Simultaneous analysis of projects, such as simultaneous analysis of anions and cations, sugars, and organic acids in a single sample. And while meeting users' requirements for complex analysis, through the perfect combination with Metrohm Inline's sample pre-processing technology, Spectral ThinkingTM three-channel ion system can also meet customers' analysis requirements for complex samples. Thereby, it is possible to reduce the manpower consumption and time consumption in the multi-item analysis of complex samples, thereby ensuring the reliability and real-time performance of the data. It is precisely because of the outstanding performance of the Spectral ThinkingTM three-channel ion system in the complex analysis of complex samples that it has a huge application prospect in the fields of food, medicine, and environmental protection.

916s-Micro Titrator

        Time to market: September 2011

        Instrument introduction: http://www.instrument.com.cn/netshow/SH100311/C142640.htm

        Micro titration:

Traditional manual titration or potentiometric titration generally consumes between 5-20 mL of titrant, which requires a large amount of sample and solvent. Thanks to the high-precision Dosino non-dead-volume dosing equipment and the high-speed main board design, the 916s microtitrator is equipped with Metrohm's special electrode for small-volume micro-titration, and the micro-sensing head design can perform titration analysis of samples with a liquid level of 10 mm. . The amount of titrant added is controlled within 0.5mL, and the consumption of samples and solvents is more than 10 times less than that of traditional titration, which reduces the cost of experiments and effectively reduces the consumption of various reagents and valuable samples.

The 916s Genie Generation is a brand new integrated micro titrator.

Small in size, but with abundant titration modes: DET mode (dynamic titration), MET mode (equal titration), SET mode (set end point titration, you can set one or two end points) and MAT mode (manual titration).

According to different application areas, Metrohm 916s Genie I Microtiter provides the following three standard configuration packages for microtitration:

916s salt microanalysis package, 916s redox microanalysis package and 916s acid-base microanalysis package.

        About Metrohm:

In 1950, Metrohm invented a composite pH electrode.

In 1954, Metrohm designed and introduced a practical automatic polarograph for trace analysis.

        In 1956, Metrohm developed a piston-type burette.

In 1968, Metrohm created the world's digital titrator, a digital electronic burette.

        ...
