         1. Ching Ming Festival 2012: April 2 (Monday) to 4 (Wednesday, Ching Ming Festival) will be closed for a total of 3 days. Work on March 31 (Saturday) and April 1 (Sunday).

         2. All departments are requested to arrange their own work to ensure that the information channels are unblocked. In case of emergencies, all units shall promptly and properly handle the emergency plan according to the emergency plan, and properly arrange the duties and safety precautions.

         3. Before the holiday, each department should conduct a safety education for the employees of the unit, focusing on safety education when going out and paying attention to fire prevention and theft.
